FROM THE DESK OF THE PRESIDENT

WasserGroupe of Companies (WoC) comprises of 3-in-1 individually organized companies. The idea was hatched out in the land of Hakuna Matata –at the Capitol, Nairobi: The beautiful City in the Sun as they call it, way back in the late 90’s. look up the German word: WASSER: This will provide you clues on the name of the Groupe of Companies. WasserTech EngiNeering LimiTed (WEL), the original of the three Branches, was involved in water technology projects upon its initiation in Kenya

Each of the three individual elements of the Groupe: WasserTech EngiNeering LimiTed (WEL), WasserConsult
PartNers LimiTed (WPL) and WasserGroupe FouNdation NetWork (WFN) are all Brain Children of the Groupe’s
President Thiong’o Wa-Motto, who also double’s up as the Groupe’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This is a family
Groupe.

Both WasserTech EngiNeering LimiTed and WasserConsult PartNers LimiTed are for-profit whereas WasserGroupe
FouNdation NetWork is a non-profit – ChaRity & PhilanThropy organization with IRS tax exempt status under 501(c).

Upon immigration into the U S of A (United States of America) in the early 2000’s Mr. Motto re-organized the
elements of WoC in his home State of Pennsylvania. WoC is currently based out of the County of Lancaster in the
KeyStone of Pennsylvania.

Obviously, organizing WoC as is now was necessitated by the arising needs of the customers encountered pertaining to WasserTech EngiNeering LimiTed and WasserConsult PartNers LimiTed.

A little later, Mr. Motto along with his wife Jane and children: Collins & Patrick realized there was out there across
this big wide world, a whole lot of people who have needs. As a born-again believer in the Son of Man (Jesus Christ), Brother Motto has come to perceive the full meaning of the word of God in James 2:15. The family has set out to help where the Lord leads well into retirement and beyond through this FouNdation (WFN)

On the other hand, WasserTech EngiNeering LimiTed (WEL) name is a misnomer: WEL is not currently involved in
Professional Engineering work per say but rather, implementation and improvements of technical projects and
WasserGroupe of Companies, Lancaster Pennsylvania professional designs. We undertake a wide range of construction/demolition projects, primarily Government Projects Contracting be it Federal, State or Local. WEL is a vendor of both goods and services.

WasserConsult PartNers LimiTed (WPL) on its part was started by the President/CEO when he encountered needs
among our Communities, Governments and Organizations (including United Nations) of various different services. Vacation trip packages to Nairobi and other places are also arranged through WPL.

WoC is a growing and evolving structure and formation to wherever Jesus leads.
